The construction industry has been missing this type of product for a very long time. I can honestly say that the Brick Bud is a a welcomed addition the building site that is going to revolutionise how we brace our walls to avoid any accidents. We have lost tens of thousands of pounds worth of materials and this could of been a lot worse . The brick bud will not only help keep my operatives safe from a serious injury but will also assist our sites in contributing to net zero as well as reduce monetary losses.

As soon as I seen that the brick bud was being implemented into our scope of works, I was all for the product and it was sold to me before I had chance to test it

We were very grateful for Carl to visit the college to provide a talk and demonstration of the Harris Brick Safety system. Carl passionately talked about his motivation for safety in construction and of the inspiration to design, create and bring to market the Brick bud. The students received the talk about walls coming down due to winds and how the Brick bud can prevent accidents and lost hours of labour, as well as waste materials, with sustainable practice in mind.

Carl came to York College to show and highlight the brick safety system. We discussed the dangers of walls falling over in bad weather with examples. Carl used himself as an example and the lasting effects on his health. The quick setup and support on the wall were very impressive. The students who watched the setup were very impressed and had plenty of questions. A valuable product that needs to be available on all construction projects.

Carl`s visit to our campus was both professional and very informative and highlighted a growing concern in the industry with regards to Sustainability and Health and Safety. The system is a well research and developed piece of kit, which our Students enjoyed seeing installed. Excellent demo and hands on experience for all who attended, with some very interesting stats to back up the PowerPoint presentation. Can`t recommend the product and the visit enough.
